1. Open Outlook Express | |
2. Click on Tools and select Accounts | |

3. Click on the Mail tab and click Properties | |

4. Click on the General tab and enter information for Name, E-mail Address, and Reply Address | |

5. Click on the Servers tab and enter information for Outgoing mail (SMTP), Incoming mail (POP3), Account name, and Password. | |

6. Click on the Connection tab and ensure Connect using the modem is selected, and that it is using the Dial-Up Networking entry for Vision Net | |

7. Click OK to save the new settings. | |
8. Close the application. It is now configured to work with Vision Net. | |
